Finance Group
Oversees the budget planning and manages spending of the new
Federation budget.
Training, Learning and Development Group
Plans and manages the training requirements
for new Federation representatives and for tenants
generally.
Communications Group
Produces the Federations annual report of
tenants to tenants and any other tenant communications, including
the annual report to The Riverside group board to review tenants’
views of overall performance on service delivery.
Consultation and influencing Group
Is responsible for responding to any Riverside Group
consultations on behalf of Riverside tenants and to consider tenant
responses to external consultation.
Service Quality Group
Co-ordinates the work of tenants service scrutiny across the
Group, working with staff from the Quality and Performance team to
ensure that tenants concerns are addressed by service improvement
plans.
Federation Issue Groups
Repairs group ensures that Riverside is delivering an excellent
repairs service to its customers and to ensure that feedback on the
repairs service is monitored and that any action required is
identified.
Greener Group acts as a sounding board for Group environmental
ideas and initiatives. The group also identifies sources of advice
and assistance which can help tenants and residents to manage their
energy more effectively and recommend effective signposting
methods.
Tenant Inspectors
Tenants inspecters carry out inspections of Riverside’s services
and report back on their findings. They make suggestions for
improvements and monitor actions and improvements made.
