Riverside provides value for money services to a wide range of agencies, local authorities and other service providers. Our work stretches across a wide variety of communities, enabling us to take a flexible approach in delivering the most appropriate scheme or serivce for any particular community.

We have extensive experience of working in partnership on projects such as stock transfers, Private Finance Initiatives and regeneration schemes. We also provide support to residents in their own homes - not just Riverside tenants - through our Helpline service.

Overall we like to take an innovative approach to our work, from procurement and design through to a flexible method of working, to give greater choice to our customers and partners.

Riverside Home Ownership - We are one of the leading providers of Low Cost Home Ownership products in the social landlord sector. We have sold over one thousand homes, mainly on a shared ownership basis, in Cumbria, Cheshire, Merseyside, Manchester and the Midlands.

Telecare Health Monitoring - We operate a 24 hour Telecare monitoring service for over 4000 older and vulnerable people through our Liverpool and Carlisle monitoring centres.

Out of hours call monitoring - Our Customer Service Centre operates as 24/7 service to allow our tenants to report repairs, check their rent accounts, report ASB incidents and make any general enquiries regarding their tenancy.

Private Finance Initiatives - Riverside has a proven track record in delivering PFIs. We currently have two successful PFI initiatives in Cosford and Sandwell. The projects will see Riverside carrying out 25 and 30 year contracts for Housing Management Services, including the design, build and management of new properties

Regeneration - Our long track record of successful community regeneration is a great source of pride to us here at Riverside. We know that a successful project is about more than simply bricks and mortar - it's about sustaining and developing the wider community.

Stock Transfers -  Riverside has extensive experience in taking on housing from local authorities. We have participated in four major stock transfers - two of which have been in Liverpool, one in Carlisle and one in Bowlee, near Rochdale.
