Riverside manages over 50,000 homes and has
projects throughout England. To ensure that we provide consistently
high levels of service to our tenants, we have created a bank of
talented, versatile Locums who can support us on a casual
basis.
This is a perfect opportunity for people who
can be flexible in their approach to working hours. Ideally, you
will already have had some experience in a housing organisation –
knowledge of legislation and relevant regulations would be perfect
– although that’s not essential. What’s more important is that you
can adapt your skills to suit different challenges. We’re looking
for people with the following attributes:
- great communication skills
- administrative and organisational
abilities
- the willingness to help tenants with domestic
tasks
- a commitment to supporting to vulnerable
people
- the ability to settle in, learn fast and
contribute to a team quickly
