We understand change isn’t easy and how tough
the decision to move on can be. But we’re confident our services
and experience will ease your concerns.
Help from the experts
We’re a specialist provider of services to
older people, with schemes for single people and couples all across
England. Our specially designed housing provides a range of
self-contained apartments and bungalows, many with communal
facilities.
A helping hand when you need it
We’ll support you in living life to the full.
You can live independently, with peace of mind that you’re safe and
secure. You can come and go as you please, visits from family and
friends are encouraged, and help is at hand, when you want it.
We’ll support you to keep active and involved
with the local community. So you can concentrate on enjoying that
extra feeling of freedom.
Who can apply?
To apply for most of our homes you’ll need to
be over 55. For some properties it’s over 60, but we’ll say if
that’s the case. If you are registered disabled, we can consider
applications if you’re over 50.
How to apply or find out more
You can apply for most of our homes through
your local lettings partnership or local council.
Properties from lots of other providers will
be shown too, so you’ll see all the options in one place. You just
need to apply to the scheme and they’ll assess your needs to make
sure the accommodation and support suits you.

Who we offer properties to
When a property is available, we’ll check the
list of everyone who’s applied and said they’d like to live there.
The applicant assessed as having the greatest need will be offered
the property first. If they don’t accept the offer, we’ll contact
the next person on the list, and so on.
How long will it take to be offered a
home?
There are almost always more applications than
properties available. However, some areas and property types become
available more often than others. To get an idea of how popular
areas are, see the Ad-sheet for interest in properties from
previous weeks.
Who we offer properties
to
People who match the property criteria are
given priority. Of everyone who matches, the person registered the
longest will normally be offered the property first. Please note,
some exceptions do apply for specific needs, like priority homeless
cases.
