We have housing to suit everyone: houses,
flats and bungalows; for single people, couples and
families.
Rather than a waiting list, in most areas we
use choice-based lettings systems. It means you can look for
properties you like and apply for the ones you choose. Where
available, we advertise our homes in lettings partnerships, so
you’ll be able to see properties from lots of landlords all in one
place.
Who can apply?
Anyone over 18 can apply for one of our homes. You
can also apply if you’re 16 or 17, but you’ll need to prove you
have the support to maintain the tenancy.

Who we offer properties
to
People who match the property criteria are
given priority. Of everyone who matches, the person registered the
longest will normally be offered the property first. Please note,
some exceptions do apply for specific needs, like priority homeless
cases.
How long will it take to be offered a
home?
There are almost always more applications than
properties available. However, some areas and property types become
available more often than others. Some partnerships give
information on how popular areas are, or you can check for interest
in properties from previous weeks.
