The Tenants and Residents Federation is the main body that
Riverside consults with. Our members are tenants and residents
selected by tenants groups in our local communities.
Our role is to help Riverside to understand
what we, the tenants, want from their services, where the gaps are
and how they can be met. Excellence in service delivery can only
ever be achieved if we’re at the heart of what’s being done.
