Neighbourhood which covers; Anfield, Everton, Breckfield, Kirkdale,
Vauxhall, Walton County Road, Walton Rice Lane, Fazakerley, Newsham
Park, Tuebrook, Stoneycroft, Old Swan, Southdene and Kirkby
Neighbourhoods.
Our properties are mainly
concentrated around the Liverpool North areas of Anfield,
Breckfield, Everton, Kirkdale, Vauxhall and Walton. Although
several neighbourhoods fall within housing market renewal areas we
do not lead in any of the North neighbourhoods.
Of the 2,269 properties
approx 850 are new build, these are mainly houses but include
bungalows and flats. The rest of the properties are
refurbished properties and most are approximately 100 years old.
These properties are mainly 2 & 3 bedroom terraced houses,
there are also a number of converted flats.
