We manage over 10,550 properties from new build family homes through to listed apartments and many refurbished older properties. Click here to see a boundary map of Riverside Mersey North Division (503KB).
The Riverside Mersey North Division is heavily involved in working with the Borough Council and other partner agencies in the Housing Market Renewal Initiative within the Peel/Knowsley Road area of Sefton. This will help us proactively promote community cohesion and continued sustainability within our communities by working with other key stake holders in the area.

Community Investment
Riverside is committed to supporting our communities in their activities. We do this by providing help and advice to community organisations and tenants and residents associations, and by funding projects through our Community Chest Fund. The Mersey North division has specialist staff involved in
Tenant Participation and
Community Investment to promote and invest in projects which engage and develop our communities.
Welfare Advice
Riverside has a Welfare Benefits Advisor, Lynn Wiggins, who offers a free benefits advice service to all tenants. To date out of all the tenants who have come to see Lynn, around 3/4 found out that they were eligible for a welfare benefit of some kind.
You can email Lynn on: Lynn.Wiggins@riverside.org.uk
Riverside also manages a specialist scheme - Student Housing at St Andrews Gardens which opened in 1996 and has 421 rooms. We are committed to strong neighbourhood management and working with partners to sustain communities.
