We are now a year on from last year’s
momentous decision by shareholders to join The Riverside Group.
We thought it opportune to bring you up to speed on what has
been happening since your vote, how we are performing now,
current issues we are facing and what our plans for the future
are. There will also be a question and answer session at the
end of the conference where you will have the opportunity to raise
any questions with our panel.
We are interested to hear your views on how
you are finding the new partnership so far and will be collecting
your comments throughout the day.

The Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)
will follow on from the conference and will commence at 6.00
p.m. For those staying for the AGM, a buffet will be served
after the closing of the conference and will be available from 5.30
p.m. Further paperwork regarding the Annual General Meeting
will be sent to shareholders in the coming weeks.
All shareholders will be mailed a Booking Form to be
returned to Mary Huggan in the prepaid envelope provided no later
than Tuesday 7 August 2012, giving details of whether you intend to
come along to the conference and also plan to stay on for the
Annual General Meeting. Please also indicate any special and
transport requirements. Please note, if you require
transport, we will need your telephone number to enable us to
contact you to advise you of pick up arrangements.
