Welcome to our 2019 Annual Report for customers.
The Annual Report focuses on how we have performed in the last year and covers all aspects of customer service. Here you will find information about how we have delivered our service along with feedback from customer surveys showing how we have performed against your expectations. It’s been produced by a dedicated steering group with customer representation.
This year we’ve mixed things up a bit following customer feedback. You’ll notice there are now three versions of the report – one for each region. This is so we can share some of the highlights about what’s been going on in your region over the last year.
We’ve also put together a brief video with Carol Matthews, our Chief Executive, outlining the main points from the report and what we’re doing to ensure you receive the best service.
