Riverside offers many of its houses through Cheshire Homechoice. To apply for social housing you need to complete an online application form. It is a two stage application process. First you will need to complete details about your household, followed by a full and detailed application form. Full completion of the form is essential. When we have received your electronic form they will make an assessment of your circumstances and award the appropriate banding. In certain circumstances they may ask you to provide additional evidence. Once you have received confirmation of your registration you will be able to start bidding on properties. (No money or financial commitment is involved) You may have a maximum of two bids in one, weekly, bidding cycle. The bidding cycle runs from midnight on Wednesday to midnight on the following Tuesday. You may also swap or withdraw bids from one property to another within one bidding cycle. You can place bids for properties on this website by logging into your application, click on the login tab at the top of the page.
