If you live in central or southern England, you may be aware of some problems we’re having with our repairs service.
As a brand new part of our business, Riverside Direct is having some teething problems as the service beds in. In particular, we currently have a shortage of tradespeople in some parts of the country.
We want to sincerely apologise to those of you this is affecting. Our service is not yet performing at the standard you should expect from us, and we are working hard with Riverside Direct on an improvement plan to resolve these issues. Please bear with us.
We’ll keep you updated on this through our website. In the meantime, you can still report repairs to us by calling our Customer Service Centre on 0345 111 0000 for emergencies, or online using our new online service.
