Riverside manages key worker accommodation at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Anyone who works at Birmingham Children’s Hospital can apply for accommodation with Riverside: we offer licences single rooms in single-sex shared flats, available on long term lets of six months or more. The flats are ideally located on site in the centre of Birmingham: get in touch if you want to find out more about availability and costs.
In addition, Riverside manages office accommodation in W, H and B Blocks (more often known as Ladywood House), including all repairs and maintenance, cleaning and pest control.

Report a repair: Report it directly to the Riverside office either in person or on 0121 236 8382, or via email to [email protected]. In case of emergency, repairs can also be reported 24hrs a day to the Riverside customer service centre on 0345 111 0000.

Veenay Rana: Contracts Officer
Veenay is the first point of contact on site at Birmingham Children’s Hospital for all enquiries from management of licences for residents in the accommodation through to repairs, maintenance, cleaning and pest control within the offices of W, H and B Blocks.
