Help us improve the service we deliver
We want to know your opinion on the services we provide to you and how you think we could improve. Our online customer panel is a way for us to get this feedback from you on a regular basis through online surveys.
All surveys you participate in will be fed back directly to the Riverside Customer Voice who represent all our customers. They are involved in the decision-making process to improve the services we deliver. The results will also be shared with staff and may be used as supporting evidence for external use, for example our housing regulator. Feedback is treated as confidential.
Flexible and at a time that suits you
You will have the flexibility to complete these surveys from your own home at a time that suits you. There is no pressure to get involved in every survey, you decide which ones you want to participate in.
Each time we carry out a survey we will add the results here for you to view. We will use the feedback to implement actions that we will take forward to make a difference.
