It's a decent app, and saves a bunch of time, but the things like payments with cards lacks in remembering my rent card used. When making appointments is also very clumsiness, although from being aware that problem is on their website. It's fast and works, but the app could easily be improved.

Tried to register and the app doesn't recognise my email address, even though I've received emails from riverside to this email address. Also tried to log in on my laptop and it asked for me to set up security questions, but no questions are there to select. Seems all online systems with riverside need to be looked at.

Looks like I'll be spending Christmas without a functioning boiler because the managing repairs function is broken or neglected. Tried the website and the app. That was over a week ago. No response. No clear instructions. If I'm supposed to contact through other means, what's the function's point other than to waste people's time?
