Brydon Court supports people with complex needs who have experienced rough sleeping. All referrals are made through the dedicated Outreach Worker and the Manchester rough sleepers’ team, who work directly with people on the streets.
Your Outreach Worker will support you from first contact through to moving on. This may include help into long‑term housing through the Local Authority, private rented accommodation, or rehabilitation services. You will also receive practical support, such as setting up utilities and finding furniture, to help you settle and maintain your accommodation.
Support is flexible and based on building trust. Regular meetings are not enforced. Instead, staff focus on positive relationships, offering anything from informal chats to more structured support. Brydon Court also works closely with GP services and other partners to create joined‑up support, with a strong focus on harm reduction and long‑term stability.
