Please provide as much detail as possible so we can arrange a prompt and effective repair. This can include things like:

• Broken or dim lighting in hallways, stairwells, or entrances
• Damaged doors, locks, or intercom systems
• Faulty lifts or lift buttons
• Cracked walls, ceilings, or flooring in shared areas
• Bin store or external area damage (fences, gates, paving)
• Pest issues in shared spaces
