Your rent is taken automatically, and you can choose your preferred payment date.
Setting up a Direct Debit with us is quick and easy. You can do by:
- Logging in to your My Riverside account
- Calling our team
Debit or credit card
Online
Log in to My Riverside to check your rent account, view charges, and make secure payments.
By phone
Call 0345 111 0000 and select the payment option.
You’ll need your Easypay number.
In person
You can pay by cash or card at:
- Any Post Office
- Any place with the PayPoint sign
Bring your Easypay card with you.
