Pay my rent or service charge
It’s important to keep payments up to date and avoid arrears.
We recommend contacting or visiting the Riverside Neighbourhood Office first to set up the best payment option for you.
The quickest and easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit.
You’ll get 10 working days’ notice if the amount changes, and you’re protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.- At the Riverside Neighbourhood Office reception

Housing applications, allocations or banding
These services are managed directly by Sandwell Council, not Riverside.

Community Bungalow
The Myra Harris Community Room hosts a range of activities throughout the week, including Craft Club, Warm Hub Coffee Mornings, and Helping Hands (ADHD) support sessions. New events are added regularly, with even more planned for 2026.

Sharon Deol — Operations Manager
Sharon oversees the delivery of our contracts in Sandwell and Cosford.

Sarah Turner — Neighbourhood Supervisor
Sarah supervises the Housing Management team and is ultimately responsible for ensuring tenants get access to the housing services they need.

Lakhy Ralh — PFI Project Supervisor
Lakhy leads the Project Team, including performance monitoring, reporting and administrative work.
The team also delivers improvement and change programmes across all three PFI contracts.
