Most Riverside tenants do not have the Right to Buy. However, some tenants may qualify for:

Preserved Right to Buy

This is for tenants who were previously with a local authority before transferring to Riverside.

These schemes allow eligible tenants to buy their home at a discount.

Home Ownership Scheme for Tenants (HOST)

As most Riverside tenants do not have the Right to Buy or Right to Acquire, Riverside has developed its own voluntary scheme to assist eligible tenants to buy their property. If you live in a house (not a flat, maisonette, bungalow etc.), in an eligible area, you may be able to buy your home at full open market value, without a discount.
