Claremont House accepts referrals through Start Process or the P3 homeless charity in Gloucester. If you present as homeless to either organisation, they will assess your situation and help complete the referral forms needed to apply for a place at Claremont House.
To be eligible, you must be single, homeless, or at risk of losing your home. The accommodation is usually provided for up to six months, although this can be extended depending on individual circumstances and support needs.
Residents are encouraged to take an active role in their support. This includes attending regular support sessions and joining workshops and activities that help prepare them for independent living. The service also focuses on the future by helping people connect with partner agencies and opportunities outside the scheme.
