This is a floating support service, which means we visit you in your own home rather than providing support in one building. We work with people aged 18 or over who have enduring or complex mental health needs, including those with dual diagnosis, and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Referrals can be made by agencies, families, or individuals living in Hull, or people returning to Hull. Accommodation is long‑term, but when you feel ready and confident, we will support you to move on. We also provide follow‑up support after you leave to help you maintain your independence and prevent homelessness from happening again.
Our support focuses on helping you stay well, manage your tenancy, and feel confident living independently in the community.
Getting the most out of our service
We work alongside you to help build confidence, self‑esteem, and independence. You will be supported to make your own choices, take appropriate risks, and gain control over your life.
Our focus is on improving your physical and mental wellbeing, helping you plan for the future, and set realistic goals. We also support you to improve relationships and build your own networks so you can become more self‑managing and independent over time.
