Floating Support, Guildford

What you will find at the accommodation

How the service works

You can receive Riverside Floating Support if you are over 16 and live in, or are about to move into, your own accommodation. Referrals can be made by any agency, family members, or through self‑referral via the Local Authority.

After a successful assessment, a Support Worker will visit you in your home to complete a personalised support plan based on your needs, strengths and goals.
