Hilltops House in Southwark provides supported accommodation for people aged 50 and over who are homeless or at serious risk of homelessness. We support people with a range of needs, including mental health challenges, substance misuse, and age-related conditions such as dementia. Our aim is to offer a safe, calm place to live while helping residents build independence and improve their quality of life.
Referrals are made through the Local Authority. There is no fixed length of stay. While you live here, we work with you to build skills, confidence, and independence. When you are ready to move on, we support you to find suitable accommodation, working with housing associations, residential homes, or private landlords. We also provide follow-up support after you move.
We can offer recovery planning if you have recently experienced mental health challenges or have been discharged from hospital. Together, we create a person-centred Support Plan that helps you set goals, plan activities, and build positive relationships. This support is designed to help you live more independently and enjoy a better quality of life.
