NSAP – Next Steps Accommodation Project – Liverpool and Sefton

What you will find at the accommodation

How the service works

The NSAP – Next Steps Accommodation Project provides supported accommodation for single people aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and rough sleeping in Liverpool and Sefton. The service supports people with a range of needs, including substance misuse, low to medium mental health needs, and/or an offending history.

People can stay with the service for up to three years. During this time, customers usually receive one support session per week, working with a support worker on a personalised support plan. Support is focused on helping people maintain their home, build confidence, and move towards greater independence.

The service is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. All referrals are made directly through local service commissioners.
