Peabody Court provides mental health supported housing for people who may have experienced a mental health crisis or have recently been discharged from hospital. Each customer is allocated a dedicated support worker, and regular meetings are held to offer tailored support. Help includes budgeting, benefits advice, and planning for move-on when customers are ready. The service uses the I‑Place recovery planning model to support recovery and independence.
Support is offered in a structured but flexible way, helping customers live independently while knowing support is available. A Team Leader is on site twice a week (9am–5pm), and support staff and a caretaker are on site Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Outside of these hours, the alarm system ensures help can still be accessed if needed.
The scheme is located in a busy and multicultural area with shops and local amenities close by. Banks such as Barclays, NatWest and HSBC, along with GP surgeries and chemists, are all within walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with buses 45, 35, 12, 68 and 168, plus Herne Hill rail station nearby. Peckham High Street, with its wide range of shops and market, is around a 20-minute bus journey away.

- Able to live independently with regular housing-related support
