Ambrose Court is based in Hull and provides long-term supported housing for people with a learning disability, including people with complex needs. The service focuses on building confidence, developing everyday living skills, and supporting people to live as independently as possible.
We work in partnership with Hull Churches Housing Association. We accept self-referrals, as well as referrals from families, people returning to Hull, and statutory agencies.
To be eligible, you must be aged 18 or over, have a learning disability, be homeless or at risk of homelessness, and be in receipt of benefits. Accommodation at Ambrose Court is long-term, but we will support you to move on when you feel ready. Follow-up support is available after you leave to help you settle into your next home.

We work closely with you to build confidence and self-esteem, helping you manage your learning disability and gain independence. Our support focuses on improving both physical and mental wellbeing, alongside practical help to plan for the future and set personal goals.
