St Saviours Dispersed Housing, Surrey

What you will find at the accommodation

How the service works

St Saviours Dispersed Housing is a supported housing service for single people who are homeless and need extra support. The service is based in Surrey and provides shared housing across several towns. It includes 18 shared properties that are home to around 62 people. The homes have shared facilities and are designed to help people move on to more independent living.

Properties are located in Guildford, Woking, Knaphill, Epsom, Waverley, Dorking and Addlestone, allowing people to stay connected to their local area and services.

St Saviours Dispersed Housing supports people aged 18 to 65 who are single and homeless, and who may have complex needs. These can include issues related to substance misuse, mental health, learning difficulties, or offending behaviour. Support is tailored to each person and focuses on building independence and life skills.

The team works closely with each customer to help them improve their wellbeing, increase their income, and work towards employment, education or training. They also support people to rebuild family and social connections, and to successfully manage and sustain a tenancy.
