How many new homes have been built?
Nine new homes have been delivered at 23–31 Gillan Court.
What types of new homes are available?
The new development includes three two-bedroom apartments, one two-bedroom house and five three-bedroom houses.
How can I buy one of the new homes?
The new homes are available through the shared ownership scheme for first-time buyers in London.
Do the new homes have private outdoor space?
Yes. Each home has access to private outdoor space, including a garden, roof terrace or balcony.
What improvements were made to existing homes?
Residents at 1–22 Gillan Court benefited from new kitchens and front entrance doors, as well as improvements to communal areas including new flooring, lighting, decoration and a video door-entry system.
Have the outdoor areas been improved?
Yes. Ground-floor residents now have private patio areas, while other households have been provided with private storage cupboards.
Is the regeneration now complete?
Yes. Work to the new homes, existing properties, car park and play area has been completed, marking the end of the Gillan Court regeneration project.
