We’ll support you every step of the way — no experience is needed.

You don’t need professional experience or specialist knowledge. Your experience as a our customer is what matters.

Do I need any experience?

No. You don’t need previous experience to get involved. We’ll give you the information, training and support you need.

How much time will I need to give?

It depends on the role. Some groups meet every few months, while others may need a little more time.

We’ll always explain the commitment before you decide to join.

Do I have to speak in meetings?

You’ll be encouraged to share your views, but there are different ways to contribute.

We want everyone to feel comfortable taking part.

Will I get training and support?

Yes. We’ll help you understand your role and give you the support you need to take part confidently. 

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Taking part is your choice. If your circumstances change or the role is no longer right for you, just let us know.

Can anyone apply?
