Our bungalows have a separate kitchen and living room, kitchen includes hob, oven and washing machine, adaptable wet room with shower/bath, two bedrooms and have private gardens.

To be considered for an extra care apartment/bungalow you will need to:

• Be aged 55 or over
• Ordinarily reside in Kendal and meet the local connection criteria as set out by South Lakeland District Council
• Be assessed as having a formal care need
