Rose Brae is an accommodation-based support service for single homeless people with complex needs and is available to males and females aged 25 and above.

Rose Brae consists of 21 single accommodation units with shared facilities and accommodation is not divided into stages within the scheme.

Most of our customers present with a range of issues that can include; substance misuse, addictions, entrenched rough sleeping, mental health and domestic abuse.  

All customers access the service via the Mainstay system after having assessment at one of the assessment points on the Wirral.

A support service is provided to customers during regular link work sessions and support meetings within the premises. Customers are allocated a key worker and a secondary worker that will work intensively with them daily to identify and address and support needs they may have.  The key worker will also provide practical advice and support on day to day issues such as claiming benefits, accessing employment and training/education, etc. 

Our dedicated Housing Officer performs weekly surgeries to help and support customers with any rent issues.

Staff are on site 24/7 and the Service Manager is on site Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

  • Training or community kitchen
  • Lounge for arts
  • Garden for gardening activities

Customers will be supported within their own home post-move for up to 6 weeks or linked in to other support providers within the location. Customer may also be referred to local floating support services if required.
