Final Calverley Close redevelopment plans submitted

Following a resident ballot held in the summer of 2021, residents voted in favour to re-develop their estate and we are pleased to announce that we have now submitted the planning application to Bromley Council.

The plans were developed in consultation with our customers, the wider community, the London Borough of Bromley (LBB), and the Greater London Authority (GLA).

Both the GLA and LBB support the design approach we are taking and are happy with the design proposals we have made to create an estate that meets the needs of residents now and in the future.

Through a collaborative approach, the feedback has led to a creative design that responds to the needs of the existing community and the Local Authority.

A decision on our planning application is expected by the end of 2022.
