Number 5 Hub, Guildford

What you will find at the accommodation

How the service works

Number 5 Hub provides short-term accommodation with tailored support for adults aged 18 or over who are rough sleeping and have a local connection to Guildford. Customers are supported by staff on site 24 hours a day. Each person works with their own support worker to create an individual support plan based on their needs, goals, and strengths.

Support focuses on helping people move on to suitable accommodation and build stability in their lives. This includes support to access housing, attend pre‑tenancy meetings, and make sure the move-on process is as smooth as possible. Customers are also supported to connect with local services and agencies so they can get the right help at the right time.
