Falstone Avenue offers retirement living accommodation for people aged 55 and over and is located off Centenary Avenue in the town of South Shields.

The scheme offers a mixture of self-contained one bedroom flats and two bedroom bungalows all with separate kitchens, lounges and bathrooms. All properties are linked by an intercom system and a pull cord/pendant in each room, to the Retirement Living Co-ordinator when on duty, or to our 24 hour supporting contact centre out of hours.

There is a communal lounge with adjoining kitchen where a variety of events and functions are held throughout the year.
