Before you make a complaint

Find out when to make a complaint, what information you'll need and what happens after you get in touch.

When should I make a complaint?

If you're unhappy with our service or feel we've got something wrong, please let us know. We'll listen, investigate and do our best to put things right.

Should I report an issue before making a complaint?

Yes. If you're reporting a repair, anti-social behaviour or another issue for the first time, please contact the relevant team first. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can then make a complaint.
