We’re looking for two new Non-Executive Committee Member to join our Homes Committee, where you’ll help us to monitor performance and scrutinise delivery of our Asset Management objectives.

The right person will have leadership experience of delivering landlord services and health and safety compliance, in particular building safety.

Recent strategic leadership and business planning experience around maintenance, repairs and asset investment is also essential.

The successful candidate will need a good understanding of customer service and consumer regulations, including the Regulator of Social Housing’s Safety & Quality Standard.
