Richard is an experienced CEO, having operated across the Public and Private Sectors specialising in the areas of Healthcare, Retirement & Housing.
He recently set up Brigid Investment Limited on behalf of John Laing and was CEO of the business. It is the largest owner and investor of specialist new build retirement rental assets across the UK. Previously he was CEO of Rangeford, a Retirement Development and Domiciliary Care Business and a Managing Director at McCarthy Stone. He has also worked as a Director at St Andrew’s Healthcare, and Octopus Healthcare.
He holds several Non Executive Director roles, with a Local Authority owned Residential Development Company, Community Health Partnerships, an NHS backed Investment and Operating Company and was previously Group Vice Chair of Abri.
Richard is also a Group Board Member.

Having worked in the local authority for 16 years. Paul brings a wealth of experience in delivering front line services that are to a high standard on budget with the residents at the core of the delivery.
In the later years, Paul has focused on delivering community-based events, alongside managing, and delivering a capital improvement programme. Whilst running a charity that operates within the local authority.
Paul is also the chair of the Island Area Resident Panel, being part of the area panel since it was established in 2014. Paul is also a social housing resident of Riverside in the island region of Tower Hamlets.

Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and Head of UK Residential Valuation at JLL, a leading, global firm of property advisers. He has nearly 30 years’ experience as a specialist valuer and property adviser in the social housing sector, as well as wide experience across other residential asset classes and commercial property. He is based in Central London, but works nationally.
Richard has over 25 years’ experience as a housing association board member. He is currently a board member of Watford Community Housing Trust, and Chair of its private development company, Clarendon Living Limited. He is a past Chair of Richmond Housing Partnership in south west London; a past Vice Chair of Anchor Hanover Group, the UK’s largest not-for-profit provider of older persons’ housing and care; and a past Chair of Dolphin Living Limited, based in Westminster.

With over 28 years of experience in the housing and property sector, Lisa is a dedicated Operations Executive and Consultant committed to delivering high-quality housing and support services.
Throughout her career, Lisa has led major service transformation and performance improvement initiatives across a broad portfolio of housing and property functions. Lisa's expertise spans services for domestic abuse survivors and those facing homelessness, youth services, tenancy sustainment, customer service, income collection, ASB, housing and asset management, responsive repairs, maintenance programmes, and landlord safety and compliance.
In addition to her operational leadership, Lisa has played a strategic role in developing commercial services and social enterprises aimed at creating sustainable, community-focused solutions. She has also been deeply involved in stock transfer bringing governance experience as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee for a number of housing, construction, and homelessness organisations.
Lisa's mission is to support the housing sector in delivering compassionate, effective, and customer-centred services that make a lasting difference.

Sally is a member of Riverside’s Tenants and Residents Influence Partnership (TRIP) that is designing the new Customer Influence Framework. Sally is also part of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group that focuses on improving services for disabled customers. She joined the Homes Committee as a member in September 2025 and has previously been a member of Riverside’s Group Board. Sally is a customer of The Riverside Group Ltd and brings first-hand experience and knowledge to the roles.
Sally joined the Board of Haven Tyneside Ltd in June 2019 and is now Vice Chair. Haven Tyneside is a provider of quality, temporary and furnished supported accommodation in the Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead areas. Sally is also currently a Trustee of Stop Social Housing Stigma.
Sally has many years’ work experience in the Education and Health sector and has previously volunteered for a Church Youth Work programme, Red Cross and supporting families alongside social services to reach their potential.
