Our Service

Our customers are individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with low support needs.

Our 63 properties, comprise houses, purpose built flats and flats in converted houses, and are all self-contained and are spread across a wide area of the city.

The service is staffed 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday from our office in Toxteth.

Residents have low support needs and are expected to live relatively independently in the community.

Each customer has a designated support worker who visits weekly.

We can help with:

  • developing life skills
  • budgeting and managing debts
  • applying for welfare benefits
  • applying for permanent housing
  • advice on care & counselling services
  • putting in place safeguards to stabilise & manage crisis situations
  • understanding your license agreement
  • helping you to organise utilities
  • making links within community

How it works:

With our team of Support Workers we can support you in finding permanent accommodation. We provide temporary accommodation and work with you to get you involved in developing a personal action plan that suits you, helping you manage your license agreement with us and also to help you move onto permanent accommodation.

How to apply

All applications for our service must be through the Liverpool Mainstay system which is a single gateway for all short term housing related support services in Liverpool. There are a number of assessment points throughout the city some who are available 24 hours a day.
