Hawthorn Fields (also known as Sandwell PFI) is a twenty-five year partnership between Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Riverside, to deliver housing management, repairs and community services to the residents of the Harvills Hawthorn and Millfields estates in Sandwell.

The Derby PFI is a £28m housing deal set up to relieve housing demand within Derby and redevelop derelict properties. The contract was signed by Riverside and Derby City Council in early September 2012 and is for a fixed term of 30 years. The contract is for the delivery of 104 new-build homes and 66 redeveloped existing homes.

The Cosford PFI was the first Housing PFI in England and Wales, as well as being a first for the Ministry of Defence (MOD). The contract was signed in 1999 for a 25 year term with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. It was a flagship scheme for the MOD and has been an incredibly successful scheme.

The EMB is directed by tenants and residents from the Hartsbourne estate who delegate duties to staff to carry out housing management duties. Tenants voted the EMB back in to manage their estate in March 2017. The board and staff are working hard to ensure high standards are maintained and Childwall Valley continues to be a good, positive place to live. With 570 properties, a close working relationship between tenants and their landlord Riverside is a must. The EMB receive allowances to manage and deliver the following services:
