The country needs more affordable homes and we have always helped provide them and will continue to do so. We know that a successful development is about more than bricks and mortar – it’s about sustaining and developing the wider community.

Although we are a national organisation, we passionately believe that regeneration must start at the grass roots. There are no standard solutions. Each community faces different challenges, has different agencies to support them and offers different opportunities for investment. We work with local agencies and stakeholders and engage with local residents to assess data, and design options to improve the physical, social and economic environment.
