The Cosford PFI was the first Housing PFI in England and Wales, as well as being a first for the Ministry of Defence (MOD). The contract was signed in 1999 for a 25 year term with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. It was a flagship scheme for the MOD and has been an incredibly successful scheme.

Occupants are from the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering at Cosford, Army Donnington and Royal Air Force at Shawbury in Shropshire . Riverside provide 125 service family homes at Donnington, Telford and 20 homes at nearby Market Drayton.

Riverside operate a Helpdesk  Office on the Donnington  site, which is operated by three permanent members of staff including an onsite repairs technician who helps to deliver a maintenance service.

Office Opening Hours are Monday to Friday 8am- Noon and then 1pm to 4pm. After 4pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays in the event of requiring an Urgent/Emergency repair only, please call the Riverside  Customer Service Centre on 0345 111 0000, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We have recently modernised our Kenwray Drive office: please come and have a look if you haven’t already! We’re keen to make sure our residents feel comfortable and well-supported when they visit the office: in addition to updating the reception area, we have also built in new workstations so that our officers who work across more than one contract are able to work directly from the Cosford site and get to know the area.
