To apply for social housing you will need to complete an online application form. The online application form will ask for information about yourself and your household as well as your previous addresses, current housing circumstances and any other information which affects your housing situation such as medical information. Completed applications will be considered by Trust Homechoice. You will be contacted if further information is required and advised in writing of the decision within 10 working days. If your application is activated you will be advised of this in writing and sent a unique reference number and a memorable date password. You will be advised of your date of application, band, and number of bedrooms you are being considered for. If your application is closed because you are not eligible or because you have been excluded you will be advised of the reason in writing as well as your right to request a review of the decision. You must tell them if there are any changes in your circumstances so that we can reassess your application and if necessary make changes to your band and priority date.
