Axis appointed as new repairs support contractor for London

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Axis as a new support contractor for our repairs service in London.

A large and dependable organisation with an excellent reputation in the sector, Axis will provide thousands of hours of service, helping us to get on top of outstanding repairs as we work to improve our services more generally.

Phil Pemberton, Director of Property Services, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Axis on board. They come with a reputation for reliability and their appointment is part of our wider plan to transform and improve repairs services in the longer term.

“We are making a substantial investment and commitment here to getting our repairs services right and I hope customers will welcome that.”

Our aim is to ensure we are delivering on and exceeding our minimum standard – that all non-emergency repairs are carried out within 28 days as well as ensuring all emergency repairs are dealt with within 24 hours.

Signing on for a two-year period, Axis, will begin works once we have finalised arrangements, likely early in the new year.
