What is the development:

This is a Section 106 Scheme and the units form part of a Miller owned site. The total number of units on the Miller site is 330 which will be developed in Phases. The first Phase will include 16 affordable units which will be mixed tenure of rent and shared ownership. The project comprises 16 affordable homes as follows: 4 x 2 bed bungalows for affordable rent. 6 x 2 bed houses for affordable rent. 2 x 2 bed bungalows for shared ownership sale. 4 x 3 bed houses for shared ownership sale.
