If you are looking to apply for one of our properties in the Merseyside area please be aware that the Property Pool Plus website will be down on Monday 2 October whilst they carry out some improvement work.
Property Pool Plus has advised the new site will go live on Tuesday 3 October.
What are the changes?
They are making major improvements to the website to make it easier for you to use. Improvements include:
- an easier to use application form
- a new customer account section so you can see your bid history, key information, renewal details and messages
- clearer property search information including eligibility, queue position and improved search filters
- being able to search by location on Google maps.
The improved website will be live from Tuesday 3 October.
