Riverside has obtained an anti-social behaviour injunction against a tenant whose nuisance behaviour included threatening contractors working in
his home.

The injunction against Michael Redman, of Falkirk Close, follows persistent
instances of nuisance behaviour within North Bransholme and Riverside offices.

The order, granted in November 2015, prevented further nuisance behaviour towards others for an indefinite term.

Just weeks later, Riverside had to return to Hull County Court following
multiple breaches when Mr Redman was threatening and abusive to our contractors and his neighbour.

Mr Redman admitted the breaches and was issued with a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
