We provide a number of accommodation options designed specifically for young people, aged between 18 and 30 year olds.
We provide safe spaces in Cumbria for young people to take their first steps to living independently. We encourage young people to success and provide a safe space for them to come home to from their job or education. Living with people your own age, building up your circle of friends, learning from one another. Setting you up for life and taking responsibility for achieving their goals.
Our team are on hand to make sure you get off on the right foot and if you need any advice, we are just a phone call away.
Who can live there?
Aged 18 to 25 or 30 (please see specific details below).
A single person with no dependents.
In education, training or working.
We accept applications from those claiming Universal Credit.
Our homes
All homes have a communal kitchen and lounge area. You have your own room with lockable door. All utility bills are included in the cost.

Five single occupancy bedrooms across four flats. Each with its own lockable door.

Nine single occupancy bedrooms across three flats. Each bedroom is lockable and has its own ensuite.

Shared kitchen and lounge area. The ground floor flat also has access to a private rear yard.
