More housing officers are now working in neighbourhoods like yours after a major revamp of the way we provide services to you.
They’re working more flexible hours so they can support you when it better suits you, as promised in the last edition of Your Riverside.
It comes after we reorganised and made savings behind the scenes, resulting in 40 per cent more housing officers to work with you in your home, if you need them.
We’ve also expanded the Customer Service Centre, introduced digital services on our website and we’re developing more online for you too.
John Wood, Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services, said:
“While many people are happy with Riverside, we know we need to do better, and the new housing services will help us to improve.
“Our aim is simple: to provide a better experience for customers, no matter where in the country you live.”
