It’s with incredible sadness that we share the news that Karen Lewis, Head of Business Management in Asset Services has passed away after a short but brave battle with cancer.

Karen was a much beloved member of our team, always championing the customer experience and never afraid to challenge conventional thinking. She loved both learning from other organisations and sharing her knowledge and experience with others, as well as being a wonderful ambassador for Riverside.

She worked in the Housing Sector for almost 30 years, having held a variety of roles in a number of organisations, including at Liverpool City Council, Knowsley Borough Council and Plus Dane Housing. She joined Riverside in 2018 bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and compassion to the team.

Karen leaves behind a glowing reputation and legacy. Her energy, enthusiasm and compassion for others was infectious, and to say she will be deeply missed and fondly remembered is an understatement.
